PRICING AND RATES
Our pricing policy ensures fair rates along with convenient pickup and reservation services. The prices listed on our website are per person. These rates do not include gratuities for staff, drivers, or crew members. Prices may be adjusted without prior notice due to fluctuations in fuel costs, labor charges, accommodation expenses, or transportation fees.

MODE OF PAYMENT
Customers must pay the full amount in cash at the time of pickup. Alternatively, payments can be made through bank deposits or transfers.

Once you book with us, our team will send a confirmation email. Kindly review the details to ensure they match your expectations. Our staff selects the best package according to the season for your convenience.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
4.1 Cancellation
In case of cancellation, certain charges may apply:

No charges apply if you modify or cancel your booking at least 48 hours in advance.

A 50% fee applies if changes or cancellations occur between 48 to 24 hours before the scheduled tour.

If you cancel, modify, or reschedule within 24 hours of your tour, a 100% fee will be deducted, and no refunds will be issued.

4.2 No Show
Failure to attend the tour will result in the forfeiture of any discounts and offers. Unused activities, including desert safaris, sightseeing tours, and dhow cruises, cannot be carried forward or refunded. Any rescheduling will be considered a new booking.

CANCELLATION PROCEDURES
Before canceling, please review the applicable cancellation policies for your selected package. If you need to cancel a tour or activity, notify Desert Safari Now promptly. If no cancellation request is received, the booking will be considered final. We will confirm your cancellation request via email or phone, along with any applicable charges. Desert Safari Now is not liable for any charges if the cancellation is not formally acknowledged by us.

ITINERARY ALTERATIONS
Tour schedules and routes may change based on local conditions, weather, or road restrictions. If necessary, our management team will provide suitable alternatives, depending on availability. Desert Safari Now reserves the right to make minor adjustments to itineraries as needed, without refunds. No compensation will be provided for natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances like floods or earthquakes.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Desert Safari Now is not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, damages, loss of personal belongings, or tour cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances. We strongly recommend travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance for coverage against unexpected events.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Travelers are responsible for carrying and maintaining their valid travel documents at all times. International visitors must ensure they have the necessary identification, as no refunds will be provided in case of missing documentation. Domestic travelers must also carry their identification and verify their eligibility for the tour.
